Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment: A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking. Until the deposit is received, your preferred date and time are not guaranteed. The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled session or before delivery of final images/videos. Clients who pay in full upfront acknowledge that the first 50% of their payment is the non-refundable booking deposit.
2. Cancellation & Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund of any amount paid above the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session are not eligible for any refund. Failure to attend without prior notice (no-show) forfeits all payments made. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
3. Delivery Timeline: Edited photos are delivered within 5–7 working days per outfit after final image selections are received (e.g. 2 outfits: 10–14 working days). Delays in client response extend the timeline accordingly. A faster rush delivery is available at an additional cost, as selected during booking.
4. Image Selection & Revisions: Clients are responsible for selecting their preferred images for editing. Only 2 rounds of revisions are allowed — additional edits attract extra charges.
5. Scope of Work: Each package includes a specified number of edited images as agreed prior to the shoot. Additional images outside the package are charged at ₦10,000 per image.
6. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate details (name, phone number, etc.) for invoicing and communication, and be ready at the agreed time to avoid disruptions or extra charges. Clients arriving late without prior notice will be charged an extra ₦10,000.
7. Usage Rights: Spice Studios retains the right to use all images and videos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. Full confidentiality requests must be discussed and agreed prior to the shoot.
8. Unforeseen Circumstances: In situations beyond our control (illness, equipment failure, weather, emergencies), Spice Studios may reschedule the shoot or offer a suitable alternative.
9. Pricing: Pricing is based on the agreed scope of work. Custom quotes may be provided depending on project requirements.
10. Agreement: By making payment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
